1.
WE THOUGHT WE WOULD ALWAYS BE GODS, THAT ALL WOULD SUCCUMB AND BOW DOWN TO US. WE THOUGHT WE WERE GODS! BUT WE WERE ALL SO WRONG. (WE WERE SO, SO WRONG.) NOW WE ALL WILL COME BACK TO EARTH. WE THOUGHT WE COULD LIVE ON FOREVER. THAT WE COULD JUST TAKE AND TAKE, TAKE IT ALL. (WE'RE ALL ADDICTS.) BUT WE COME AND GO. THERE'S NOTHING WE CAN DO. A DAY WILL COME FOR EACH OF US TO LEAVE.

about

"the trees have survived time. we as persons disappear. they are dying. we are dying. we come and go. we can't stop the will of the gods. we come and go. when our day comes there's nothing we can do. nobody can say I am not going to die. for all of us the day comes in which we need to leave."
- Tuyuku (2019)

. . . . . . . . . . .
fervent, crushingly heavy music, unearthing trauma and then setting it on fire.
